About Me.
As a proud member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), I uphold the highest standards of professional practice, demonstrating my commitment to ongoing education and ethical conduct. I hold a double major in Psychology and Criminology from The University of Melbourne and a double major Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling. My unique background as a professional Muay Thai and Boxing competitor, along with my experience as a martial arts coach, allows me to provide a distinctive approach to psychotherapy and performance enhancement. I help clients identify and address issues preventing them from reaching their potential.

My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, Strength-Based Approaches, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).​
